U.S.C. Title 18, Section 3056, Subsection (b), specifically authorizes the United States Secret Service to detect and arrest any person who violates federal criminal laws relating to credit card fraud and related activity in connection with computers and/or access devices.

Everything SUV is committed to the prevention and prosecution of online credit card fraud. Some of our prevention measures may include:
 

  • Reporting all fraudulent and charge back purchases to the Secret Service.

  • Contacting law enforcement officials in your state

  • Issuing a summons through our attorney to your ISP. We've done it numerous times and have never been turned down & even if you are behind a firewall or router we can find you!

  • Cardholder address and telephone number verification

  • IP number tracking and verification

  • Telephone contact with the cardholder

  • Verification of a valid, commercial e-mail address (no free e-mail addresses allowed)

  • Requirement of signed authorizations

  • Examination of all orders for "red flag" fraud indicators

  • Other unpublished actions as deemed necessary

 

If you make a charge and then refuse or enact a charge-back, we will pursue you.

We regret that, in some cases, these measures may result in inconvenience to legitimate customers.

  • Our price match guarantee is only valid at the time of purchase, we can not price match during an order or after a product(s) has been delivered.

Free Shipping Offers

Items displaying the "Free Shipping" label throughout our web site are offered with free UPS or FedEx ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Our free shipping offers can not be combined with our price match guarantee. If you would like to upgrade from our free shipping ground service we will apply the pre-determined amount to the upgraded shipping level of service.


Returns Information


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind all our products with a 30-day (see exceptions below*) 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise you receive, simply call us at 1-866-888-0106 within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to request a return authorization number. Properly pack the item in its original carton, insure for the full-retail value and ship via ground.  Please refer to the (see Exchanges, Credits or Refunds below*) for complete instructions on how to return an item. All products must have a return authorization number. Any return without the required return authorization number or product's that do not meet or return requirements will either be refused be assessed a 15% or 20% restocking fee at our discretion. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt. 

 

Exceptions*

  • Large i.e. heavy, over-size or truck freight items such as WAAG Brush Guards/Center Grill Guards, WAAG Tail Lamp Guards, WAAG Side-Steps and WAAG Rear Bumper Guards. These products may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of receipt. A 20% re-stock fee will apply to all WAAG Brush Guards/Center Grill Guards, WAAG Tail Lamp Guards, WAAG Side-Steps and WAAG Rear Bumper Guards. The reason for the 20%
    re-stock is due to the complexity of the bracket kits, hardware and the re-packing/re-boxing. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping the item back. Freight must be pre-paid and the item should be insured for the full retail value. 

  • Items that have been custom embroidered or custom made such as Lloyd Floor Mats & Autoware Seat Covers are not returnable. These items are made to order and are shipped manufacturer direct. In the case of our error we will either correct the error or refund your money at our discretion.

Exchanges, Credits or Refunds*
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals, and accessories. Please ship your parcel back the issued return address PREPAID Ground UPS or insured Parcel Post. We cannot accept COD shipments. All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to additional charges for any missing accessories or components and or restocking fees.

Freight 

Everything SUV will pay for the cost of freight on items returned within 30 days of receipt if defective or  our error. If the item is not defective or the wrong item the customer will pay for the cost of freight on items returned. No Exceptions.


Shipping and Delivery Information


Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within two weeks. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or foreign countries.

 

Credit Card Billing
In the event of a product backorder, your credit card will not be charged until the item ships. With orders of WAAG products we will run an "authorization only", this allocates the charge and it is held on your credit card until the item ships, the transaction is not debited from your credit card.  

 

Shipping
We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Canada or Foreign Overseas.

 

Tax Information 

For orders shipped to and address in California please add 7.25% sales tax. For all orders shipped to any other location outside California there is no sales tax. Sales tax is applied to the full cost of the item before shipping and handling.

Truck Freight Deliveries
Most merchandise is delivered by UPS or FedEx. Some of the larger items we sell such as WAAG 1-Piece Brush Guards, WAAG Wheel-To-Wheel & Kick-Out Side-Steps must be delivered by truck. Truck freight deliveries require that we ship the item to a business or commercial address. In some cases we can deliver to a residence however, a $ 60.00 residential drop ship fee will apply in addition to the standard delivery fee. Unfortunately, truck drivers are required only to deliver to your curb-side, and they are not required to assist once the merchandise has been delivered. Please have assistance ready if you have ordered a truck-shipped product.


Shipped from the Manufacturer or Supplier
 

We work closely with our manufacturer and suppliers. For this reason most of our products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and suppliers warehouse. We have warehouse situated all over the country to provide the most expedited and timely delivery service.
